Log in to DirectAdmin.

Navigate to Email Manager > Autoresponders.

Click Create New Autoresponder.

Fill out the fields:Email address (e.g., [email protected]).Subject of the auto-reply (e.g., "Out of Office").Message body.

Message body.

Set start and end dates if needed.

Click Create.
