How to add a payment method?

  1. Log in to the client area using your registered credentials.

  2. On the top right corner of the dashboard screen, where your registered first and last names are mentioned, click on the arrow pointing downwards. This will open a dropdown menu with a number of options.

  3. Click on the "Payment Methods" option, and this will navigate you to the "Payment Methods" page.

  4. Click on the "Add New Credit Card" button. This will open a form where you can add a debit or credit card info.

  5. In the "Pay by Credit Card" field, enter your credit/debit card number.

  6. In the same field, on the right end, enter the expiry month and year, and the CVV.

  7. Once you complete filling the information, click on "Submit".

  8. Depending on your bank's payment procedure, a dialog box might open where you have to enter the OTP you receive from the bank by email, SMS, or call. In other cases, approval through the banking app may be required. This step depends on your bank's procedure.

  9. Once previous step is complete, click "Confirm".

 

If all the entries are verified, your new payment method will be set up and ready to be used.
