How to change your Client Area password?

  1. Log in to the client area using your registered credentials.

  2. On the top right corner of the dashboard screen, where your registered first and last names are mentioned, click on the arrow pointing downwards. This will open a dropdown menu with a number of options.

  3. Click on the "Change Password" option, and this will navigate you to the "Change Password" page.

  4. Type in your current/existing password in the "Existing Password" field. Incase you have lost the current password, you can reset your password by following the steps in article: https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/sjvsjxwn/articles/articles/8850897/show

  5. Type in your new password in the "New Password" field. You can even generate a password automatically by clicking on the "Generate Password" button right under this field.

  6. Type in your new password again in the "Confirm New Password" field.

  7. Once you complete step 4, 5, 6, click on "Save Changes".

 

Your password would be changed and you can log in using the new password.

Note 1: If the "New Password" and the "Confirm New Password" fields do not match, you won't be able to proceed. Unless both the passwords match.

Note 2: If the "Existing Password" does not match the current registered password, you won't be able to proceed. Unless the password matches the registered password. Incase you lost the current password, refer to step 4 above.
